Our History

Bramhall & Hitchen Insurance was formed in 1974. In 2006, John Boykin joined the firm in a sales role and became a minority owner in 2010. In 2016, he became the sole owner and changed the name to B+H Insurance. BHI currently has 25 full-time employees. The average tenure is five years. In addition to our valuable employees, we employ two contractors in accounting roles, one for strategic accounting and one for transactional accounting. We also work with a separate firm that has assigned us a team of five for more efficient and accurate quality control.

BHI will field a team committed to executing a vision of growth, while maintaining a client-focused culture. We will foster an environment where each team member can achieve his or her personal and professional goals, while giving back to the community and supporting local, charitable causes.
