Jess started her insurance career in 1998 working in Personal Lines and joined the BHI team in June of 2011 as a Commercial Lines Account Manager. She has obtained her Elite Certificated Insurance Service Representative designation (CISR Elite) and Certified Work Comp Certification. She is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service, specializing in Dental and Restaurant Industries. In her spare time Jess enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.
