Brandon began his tenure in the insurance field back in 2005 in the Life & Health Insurance sector, but quickly transitioned to the Commercial industry in 2007. After joining B+H Insurance, LLC in May 2014 as Commercial Account Executive, he quickly received his Professional Worker’s Compensation Advisor Designation and is still pursuing the Certified Insurance Counselor designation. As the Director of Operations his duties include providing a leadership role for all agency personnel, facilitating open healthy communication and compliance with agency service standards and expectations, development and maintenance of carrier relationships and implementation and continuous review of the agencies operating procedures.
